Thanks, she really likes it! I forgot to tell the story, if anyone cares here it is.
Decided to propose on the first night of the cruise as many of you suggested. Snuck out at dinner to order a dozen chocolate covered strawberries (her favorite) and a bottle of champagne to be delivered to my friend''s room at 8:30. Finished dinner and went for a walk on the deck at sunset but it was really windy so we went back inside.
We went up to the top deck lounge to have some drinks and watch the sunset. My buddy pretended that he had to run back to his room to grab something and picked up the strawberries and champagne. We made up a story that they were comped for the first night of the cruise and started eating them. I had the ring hidden just underneath the center strawberry and after eating about half she finally picked up a strawberry, saw it and started freaking out. Then I got on one knee, slipped it on her finger and asked. Of course she said yes! It was low key and pretty private with just a couple that we went on the cruise with present to take pics and drink some champagne with us to celebrate.
The end...

That was actually my original plan but Royal Caribbean wouldn't make me a cake that said 'Will you Marry me' in lieu of whatever dessert she would have ordered.
The only thing I'm disappointed with is that after doing some research here after I bought it, I may have overpaid a little bit for the rock (good deal on the setting). Also they are mailing me the GIA cert but can anyone identify if this is a cushion modified (crushed ice?) or the more traditional style?
