Mom''s ring is in the mail!!!

Apparently in my excitement I hit send. LOL...

From JuliaKayTaylor on Etsy, who is a total sweetheart and even though she had some serious personal issues, she continued plugging away at the ring and sending me updates iin pictures. She's a total sweet heart to work with!

And here''s the second. It''s turned out a little more ''signet ring'' looking that I had pictured in my head. But I do love it and it is exactly as she sketched. Very clean lines and contemporary.

I''m SO excited to recieve it on Thursday and give it to my mom.

I'm happy with it

. I asked for a completely enclosed bezel because I wanted the 18K yellow to fully enhance the color of the peridot and the high polish of the inside of the bezel to help with the refraction on the concave cut.

It's definitely different than my personal taste, but I think it's going to suit my mom nicely.

Gypsy, who did this ring for you again? It's very pretty, I really like the fluid, graceful lines. Is this a special occasion for your mom, or a "just because" ring. You're such a sweet daughter to have this made for her, and I'm sure she will feel very loved! Maybe you can get a handshot when you get it, or better yet, mom's handshot!
