Emeralds, baguettes, asschers or flanders - HELP!

Hi all,

I am hoping for some advice. I have a gorgeous trilogy engagement ring with an Asscher (1.2) as the centre stone and 2 trapezoids (0.6) either side.

I am looking for a wedding ring but am really unsure what to choose. I absolutely love the Asscher but was hoping to choose something within my wedding ring that has a little more sparkle without going down the round route. I was thinking a band, with diamonds a third of the way around with either emeralds, baguettes, asschers or flanders?

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Which would you be the best for still looking vintage like the asscher yet has the most amount of sparkle? Also is there a difference in price between the 4?

Thanks in advance for your help.

First three listed in your thread title (EC, bag, asscher) are step cuts. Flanders is not a step cut. It is a brilliant cut. It's a cut cornered square brilliant so it is a type of branded radiant.

As for what will look best? Honestly? Bright cut pave band with milgrain would be classic. Step cuts look fantastic when paired with the contrast of pave.

But the best advice is... go out and try on a bunch of bands and see what you like best.

I can suggest one band for you though:
By Gabriel Company this one is 1.7mm (delicate and low profile and frankly gorgeous, one of my friends owns one of them):

Good Old Gold and ID Jewelry are the two PS vendors that carry Gabriel and Co.
