So I have a few projects that are wrapping up right now but one of the mounts the I got from LOGR doesn''t look right with the stone I had selected for it. I love the ring, however, so it will sit empty until I can find something for it. Once I find a gem to fit the ring I will pretty much be done for the year (I know, already!).
So that means I need a new gemstone. So my question is this. Most of our favorite gem cutters just returned from Tucson and probably have a lot of rough to cut. So would you start emailing now to have a better selection or would you wait a few months, finish the projects that are currently under way, and then have something to look forward to later in the year? I feel like I want to wait so I don''t finish everything now, but I also don''t want the search for a stone to be harder.
