Working w/Leon long distance?

I have drooled over his work and craftmanship, but I could probably have only 1 inital meeting with him. My plan is to get a stone from Mark and meet with Leon, all in one trip. Impossible? The ring I want would also include side stones and diamonds on all 3 sides of the shank, which would have to be worked out after the center stone selection. Should I give this up and work with someone local? A PS vendor who gets rave reviews is local - but I''m scared.

My experience was very positive. We had only 2 design meetings. I understand your anxiety. A large part of the "custom" process is making that leap of faith and trusting the artist. Good luck with your decision!

Leon is doing a ring for me and I don''t live anywhere near NY. If you love his stuff I say "go for it." I only talked to him over the phone. Feel free to PM me if you want any further information.
