my fiancee and I have narrowed down our search to these 2. Could you PLEASE tell me your comments and what the better deal is? She is keen on the first one, but i want to know which is better value. Thanks so much!!

The most important quality is cut and you didn't post any detailed information on this. However I personally think D color is overkill and certainly not a good value.
