Upgrade policies for online jewelers

Have any of you researched upgrade policies for various online jewelers? I''d like to purchase from someone who offers 100% of your original purchase price towards an upgrade. I''ve noticed that Whiteflash offers this, while Dirtcheapdiamonds offers 70% (I think...I know it''s not 100%).

Can anyone recommend other competitively priced online jewelers with good upgrade policies that I should take a look at? Since I''ve learned about the importance of cut, I''ve realized that the size I really want is out of my range, so I''d like to be able to upgrade in a couple of years.
