congrats on being the new LIW tracker elle! yes that is mean. and it sounds exactly like something M would say to me. i was half dead after potato moving saturday and he decided to respond "then who am i going to marry" after i informed him of my non-living state. that wasn''t so bad as the response i got after saying i do to something. he told me i need to practice saying that. and saying yes

happy june to everyone, i''m rather impressed it''s 4 pages already.

so i''m going to try this shred thing i keep hearing about tonight. my obituary will be appearing sometime tomorrow.

Squirrly, let me give you some helpful advice that will sound sick and twisted.

The day after you do the shred, run. 15 minutes, 20 minutes...use your muscles and work out the lactic acid, otherwise you won''t be able to walk for days. It sounds awful, and it''s miserable to make yourself do, but it makes a HUGE difference.

princess- thanks for the advice. i''d run if i could. i''ve kinda banged up my legs a little bit this weekend (i maintain the milk crate and all the metal objects attacked me completely unprovoked) though my purple legs aren''t my real excuse, i can stand on the sides of my feet completely comfortably so my ankles don''t do well with the shock of running. i''m working on it though, hopefully by the end of the summer. i''ll walk afterwards

elle- yes, boys are mean. you should get him a clock that counts up (i know they make countdown clocks so hopefully they make the reverse) and write "how long i''ve been listkeeper" on it. then you can tell him he''ll know exactly how long you''ve been listkeeper. he''ll know every time he sees it

i''m all for attempting to hate this jillian person. she sounds painful. unfortunately i tend to be an exercise masochist.
