Another way to get them that makes it easier is on a windowsill. Getting them on your finger is a lot tougher, so kudos to you!

Well, like most of the addicts here, when I''m bored I go take pics of my diamonds.

I thought I''d try for those elusive arrows yet again. And I finally got one that is respectable! I called it something like Arrows_w_fuzzy.jpg. Wouldn''t it just be the case that just farting around with a grubby diamond I finally get a good shot? Oh well, I suspect you guys will forgive me....this time.

And it''s interesting, I was looking at the studs, and the stones are almost identical in appearance. If you look at how the bottom 3 shafts are darker on one, it''s the same on the other. And the same with the other shafts, and the heads, etc. Cool shot, bet you couldn''t do that again if you tried!

you''re right, that pic of the studs was one in a million (literally - i took tons that day)! it was my first time playing with the digital SLR and what better subject?!

the lighting was just right, and the stars (or should i say arrows) just happened to align

I was playing with my ring & camera the other day and managed to get some reasonable arrow shots (it''s not an H&A diamond) so I thought I''d share.

I''m loving all these gorgeous photos of everyone''s arrows!

BTW - I really like the reflection of the blue sky & palm tree from the window to the right of the diamond on the gold band in my pics...
