Just got my new David Klass beauties in today!
A Montana Sapphire right hand ring, and a new diamond eternity ring, both with some gorgeous engraving.

OK, the little flower and the little bee on the euro shank just completely stole my heart! GORGEOUS!!!

How do you all get DK to respond to you? I have emailed him and Amy several, several times, and my emails either go unanswered, or I get one brief reply back and then after I reply it's crickets again. So incredibly frustrating!

Have you tried calling him? That would be my recommendation if he hasn't answered your emails. Or you can try messaging him on IG but my advice would be just to call him. Good luck!

I've heard he can be hard to get in touch with. It sounds to me like he gets swamped with work and just doesn't always have time to keep up with e-mails. I think persistence is key. And, like @missy said, calling him might get quicker results than e-mail and/or social media.

This would be mine. It was a reset also from an eternity that the prongs caught on everything. It's a few pages back on this thread.

fwiw i worked with DKJ via email on a pendant and found as an earlier poster said that it helps to have specific ideas or questions. i found his email style to be clear and concise (guessing he works mostly with remote clients). when i could point to exactly what i wanted things went pretty smoothly. the whole process took about a month and i am super happy with the finished product. i checked in a day or two after any missed check-points along the way and got a response within 2 business days.

i reached out about a second project actually and have sat on David's last email for ages because i'm not exactly sure what i want and i don't want to waste their time with a lot of back and forth. if you need to have a more nuanced discussion with them i'm guessing phone might work better? good luck!

i didn't mean to imply they weren't, sorry if it sounded that way! i just noticed the more open-ended questions i had would go unanswered vs. the other emails. i've seen others post about the email "black hole" also. i hope they get back to you soon!

Wanted to share the makeover DK and Amy did on my eternity band. It was originally a u-prong 7/8 setting bought from an Etsy vendor and I just never reached for it enough. So the poor thing just sat in my jewelry box.

During one of my visits to DK I asked about resetting it and Amy suggested a comfort fit, 4-prong style. I decided to also make it a full eternity since the sizing bar spinning to the top was driving me bonkers. I received the video on Monday and it was love at first sight!

Just picked it up yesterday and it fits so well on both hands

Aww, that’s so kind of you to say, @crystalinmke! I lurve my solitaire and am really enjoying it with the new eternity. Both rings are 14k and I apparently got really lucky that they match up pretty well, colorwise.

Thanks @Cassie_ann! Keep in mind, the work that DK completed was a reset. Also, whether you need to add diamonds, finger size, etc may make a difference in pricing. That said, the re-set was under 1k.

I’d reach out to him or Amy to see what they would charge to make the eternity from scratch.

That’s a 3.93ct blue green tourmaline from Jeff White. The info on that was kind of spread out everywhere. I don’t know how that happened.
