show me interesting side views

I am looking to get my oval stone remounted. I want a great side view of the mounting. Something with Tacori cut-outs, or diamond prongs or diamond basket, etc. Show me what ya got!

The side view of my yelllow sapphire ring is interesting & has cutouts. It''s from Martin Flyer. Have you thought about going with an east west setting for your oval? I love them!

It is by my local jeweler (well he has his main store in the Los Angeles Diamond District, but has another smaller store by my area).
But he could have taken "inspiration" from Martin Flyer for all I know

I LOVE your yellow sapphire, it is so beautiful!

I dont think we are the only two, but I dont think there are many others, I think yellow is the lest favorite color for sapphire around here (well except maybe brown

) I think there was a thread somewhere about that...
