I''ve decided to de-lurk. Here are some pics of the most recent stones I have purchased.

Sorry, vendor pics only as I am notoriously bad at taking gem photos!

I will try to take pics when I get a better camera, but some of these stones haven''t even arrived yet...

Nope, nothing here either. You just have to click on the "Attach File" and specify which photo you want, but make sure it shows you that the pic is attached after the upload (by stating the name of the photo next to the "You attached the following file to this post:" in bold letters).

Rosetta, there''s a picture gallery up on the upper left of the forum. Go ahead and sign in. As long as your pics have unique names, you can upload pics without cropping for size because the gallery will automatically do it for you. Then you copy the address of the pic, click the picture icon in the post ( mountain+sun) and paste the direct address in.

It looks like you''re trying to post pdf files...they have to be jpgs I believe.

I will try real life shots once i learn how to take decent gem photos.

I love the cutting on this one because of the chunky faceting and the small table. I have a rhodolite which is dark toned. It has chunky faceting and a small table, and as a result, it sparkles like crazy, regardless of the tone.
