Hey ladies,
I thought I would introduce myself and join the LIW community. I''m 27 and live in Florida. DBF and I have been dating for 6.5 years, and we''re moving in together at the end of this month. We''re planning on buying a home together around November/December (must take advantage of that first-time homebuyer tax credit!) and plan to be engaged before then. So, not long left for a proposal, I hope! Waiting another six months is nothing compared to the 6.5 years that have already passed
We''ve been discussing what kind of wedding we want, and we''re hoping to set a date for sometime in October or November of 2010, after the engagement. So far, it looks as if we''ll be getting the marriage license here in the United States, bypassing a formal ceremony and maybe having something very intimate on the beach - for example, our parents, maid of honor and best man - and heading to Europe for 12-14 days. We want to make things all about us as possible, and we want to focus on having a fantastic honeymoon, rather than a huge wedding.
Anywho, my main interests are running, swimming, cycling (I race in both running and triathlon races). It seems as if all I do is sleep, train, work, eat, train, race, sleep, repeat
I also enjoy doing anything outdoors, reading, kicking back with a good glass of wine or a cold beer, traveling, and hanging out with DBF, friends and family.
