[Aw thank you so much colorluvr!! I love the color too. I can't wait to see your zircon and how you set it. I hope it's soon. :naughty: I got a couple of new shots of the pendant on my cheap pearls that I have down here. It has a clasp that allows it to be a pearl enhancer as well as pendant.

Love it! I have one large pendant that also is a pearl enhancer, but when I put it with my pearls, it looks very "dressy" to me (and I seldom dress us that much these days) so I tend to just wear it with a heavy wg chain.

I think I am going to put my zircon in an existing setting I have that currently holds a peridot, and reset the peridot in something else. As is the case with many deep colored blue zircons, it's a bit deep and doesn't fit most stock settings. I'm taking it to my jeweler next week to see if he thinks it will work. Wish me luck because if it doesn't, I'll have to wait a while to wear it.

I hope the setting works out for you and I can't wait to see it once it's set!

Thank you Colorluvr. I had the stone for a while and then had it set whilst I was in a 'halo' frenzy. I love my stone but the setting.....? Need to save up again to get it redone.

Here is my contribution. Stone is from Gene @Precison Gems and the setting is by ERD. Thrilled with the combination...

@imagardener2 ERD is Engagement Rings Direct (www.engagementringsdirect.com). Ask for Mark and tell him Margaret referred you...he will take care of you. ERD has lots of beautiful settings. The one I have is called "Heather".

Indeed! Too bad PS de-saturates pictures so much. They were much better on my phone. I still need to take more though!

That is another nice one Freke! You know, I got tired of that whole desaturation thing, so sometimes I play around with it, and bump up the saturation so that when PS loads it it doesn't strip quite so much color out of it - but I'm sure you do that too!

I've given up on the PS desaturation thing. I just post it as it is and expect everyone's pictures to have gone through the same. :(sad

That is the vendor's picture. If you purchased it, please post your own picture(s) with a brief description of what it is.

Very pretty - I love its delicate pastel and the halo seems to enhance it well.

Are you referring to my photos? I can assure you I took them after I have bought them :)

I *think* Chrono was referring to a post that has subsequently been deleted by the mods...

1.3ct yellow sapphire ring. My dad bought it when I was born (it's my birthstone) and gave it to me when I turned 18. :)

Minou is correct. It looks like the post I was referring to has been deleted by the mods. Probably a spammer.

It was suggested that I post this on the colored stones thread.
I have it in "a myriad of stones." My husband and I enjoyed doing this. Fun. Fun. Fun.

I love halo settings... Even before they were so popular. I love to dress up my stones. Some people like to dress up Barbie dolls!!
I like to dress up gems!!

I know most here wouldn't recommend morganite for everyday wear but I thought I'd add my new e-ring to the mix here anyway.

7mm princess cut morganite, 1/4 ctw g-h vs diamond melée, 14k rose gold. I also got the matching band but I can't wear that one quite yet ;-)
