There are only a handful of designers who will copy settings 100% but you may still be able to find some that will do it. Did you have local Toronto jewelers in mind?
I personally like my stones set as low as possible so it doesn''t bang on things. However, the higher the diamond is set .. the bigger it looks. I think your diamond is plenty big so perhaps set it low?
