Mike at Gran Gem is well known here for selling loose gems and he works from a jewelry store called Heileman & Company out of Cincinnati. I worked on a custom piece with him a couple of years ago and he had also sent me pictures of beautiful Diana style blue sapphire rings that were ready to ship.They have a lot of inventory that isn’t listed online, so it might be worth messaging him to see if he has something that meets your needs. He was very helpful and responsive when I contacted him through his Etsy store.
