Trouble pulling up IGI angles?

Lately, when I try to check an IGI certificate, I’m not seeing all of the angle measurements. Sometimes I won’t see anything at all. Sometimes I’ll see the table percentage and depth but nothing else.

My laptop also seems to have the same trouble. I’ve restarted my phone to no avail.

Anyone have a solution for this? Is it a browser issue? Thanks in advance!

For me, I see what you see when the report first comes up. But then I click on the link towards the top that says something like “show pdf” and then I can see all of the information.

Yep...their proportions diagram has been broken for a while now since they started revamping the format of their site.
Hope that they get it fixed soon, because it is rather annoying to have to click on "view PDF" for each and every diamond only to have to wait for that to load each time.

Isn't John Pollard of IGI a PSer? Any chance of getting info from him directly? Can't find his handle.

His talk with @Garry H (Cut Nut) on Wednesday was amazing! Highly recommend!

For now the full data is in the pdf file.
I do not have a timeline for it being fixed.
