Thank you @Mooshi I am enjoying the edginess of the brushed platinum. And it’s so hefty!! Love that too!
Absolutely gorgeous- Both the diamond and the setting! Enjoy this beauty!!
I've tried steps cuts on my hand, and they never look as nice as a round on me. That said, this really makes me want to try an EC again. It's beautiful on you, @HerefortheBling!
Ooooh, interesting! I only have one round e-ring. Well, only one e-ring, period. Haha. I'm thinking of branching out, but then that would mean my Precious-s-s-s trannie would sit unworn while I sparkled in something else. So I just adore living vicariously through PS and admiring (loving?) others' beautiful pieces! You're doing a great public service, @Mjay .As much as I love this emerald, I'd probably choose round if I could only have one!

This is amazing! I'm exploring emerald cuts right now as a milestone anniversary present. Warmer diamonds are more my preference and I'll be using yellow gold. Did you notice more of a color difference due to the shape and size of your stone when you were choosing between stones?
Ommmggg. I need the specs!! And who made the setting for your octagonal diamond? Literally dream worthy![]()
I'm not really sensitive to color with diamonds. It looks white to me. Unless I'm comparing stones side by side, I usually can't tell the difference.
