Pave: Every time you see something glinting in the carpet your stomach will flip. You'll assume the jewelers' pose and pluck it up for inspection. A piece of tin foil or cling wrap? Glitter from a malicious source? If it looks like a crystal then an inventory will be taken immediately.
I have three such "stones" in a box and I barely own anything with tiny diamonds.
I think your beautiful and beautifully set diamond is enough. Don't take these foster children.

It’s in the range I might expect. Maybe you could go a little cheaper but not usually for customs these days.

The tiny melee stones in pave add more to cost than you might have imagined. Also fine detail work for the bench to set them - this sounds like a custom ring, yes? Seems like a fair price and a good value to get exactly what you want,

@Dreamer_D @Lpsl thank you very much! We went ahead with it. I was a bit surprised since similar settings I saw online from jewelers such as Frank Darling (not sure if they're custom) were under $1200. Yes this will be a custom ring.

I am also getting a radiant eternity band made for about $3800. We decided to go with lab for this (while the engagement ring is natural).

Can't wait to show you all to get thoughts!

Hello everyone, I have received the CAD! Can you please make any critiques? The shank/band is 1.9mm while the top of the shank is 1.8mm.

To me it looks perfect!! But leaning on you all to point out anything that may be off. Appreciate it as always.

Prongs are cast long and cut down when setting the stone. Ignore that.
