Hi,
I have been dealing with WF recently through email and so far, so good.
Has anyone else any experience of dealing with Juli?
If the purchase goes ahead it will be from outside the US so I am just keen to make sure I''d be dealing with someone I can trust. I just haven''t heard her name mentioned by anyone on here. I have no complaints- just wanted to double check.

Did you call WF directly? I would call them to make you feel safe. I bought from them a couple of times and they are great.

Things are still in the preliminary stages so no phone calls yet! Will def call when the time comes.

I have purchased 2 sets of earrings (pair for me, and pair for my mother) both through email. No complaints with their staff. I haven''t dealt wih Julie, but I am sure it is a team effort over there.

No worries, ELH. No one has mentioned her much previously because she only joined us recently, but she''s quite competent. You''re in good hands.
