which pair of earring is nicer? why?

Hi ladies,

I am given a choice for the pairs of earrings as shown, but I am indecisive which to choose. Maybe you can help me to decide and why?
For the pear shape earrings, which on looks nicer to you and should I choose a purple or green amethyst?


As for the emerald cut of earring, the dimension of the stone are 7x9mm, will these looks too big on casual normal wear? Thanks!

Hi there! First of all imo, I think that 7X9mm is not 'too big'. But with a halo all 3 pairs seems too dressy for casual wear. I will prefer the 1st one amongst the 3, I thought that the inverted pear is kinda interesting
