Where to get this ring?

I've spent the last month or so reading through this forum and I have learned so much. I'm much more informed and even though I went window shopping at the King of Prussia mall (not an average mall - Movado, Tiffany, Cartier, Bailey Banks Biddle, etc) I still decided that I'm going with an online vendor, because of price. I've narrowed it down to White Flash, GOG, James Allen, and Wink Jones.

My girlfriend liked a few rings at the mall, they were all Princess cut with some type of (I believe) Bezel setting. The ring she liked was white Gold, had two baguettes on each side, with a very low rise (doesn't stick up too much), and a Princess in the middle. These aren't the exact rings, but it's pretty close to one that she really liked.

Is it going to be hard for another place create this ring from just a picture? I'm guessing it should take 3-5 weeks to do something like this? Should I buy the diamond and have the ring done at the same place or does that not really matter too much?
