I was looking at this site for inspiration and I came across two Leon Mege rings that have a similar style that I like.
I'm not sure if it is actually pave style or a specific name.

Did you mean the design itself (leaf-like) or how the diamonds are set into the "leaves"?

Both. Though I'm more interested how the diamonds are set into the leaves.

I don't think it would be as accurate because the diamond melees are set with their tables either below or at the same level as the lip of surrounding metal.
