I gotta tell you, I'm feeling like a pariah here. I've been emailing vendors about an anniversary gift, and getting zero response back. I feel like a response within 24 hours is good customer service, and if it is going to be longer than that, then I expect an auto-reply. Is this unreasonable? One particular vendor I have tried contacting several times and only got one response, now I feel like I'm being ignored. The other vendor I have contacted a couple of times with nothing back at all. These are both vendors commonly recommended here.
What would you do in this case? My feelings are starting to get in the way and I feel like I shouldn't have to chase after a vendor in order to get them to sell me an item they have for sale.
