Check the file size to be sure it fits the PS system requirements. Also, sometimes Vendors will give pic files a name that is already in the PS system. You can try renaming the file to something a bit more unique. Size and name are the 2 main things to look at when files won''t load into the PS system.

I run it through the cut advisor, it says a score of 0.6 and excellent for all categories. I''m a bit concerned about the shallow crown height as mentioned though, will that affect the stone in any way?
