What are these lines I see?

Can anyone tell me what these lines are on the arrow that I circled? Are these polish lines? Surface grain lines? Also, the inclusion near the bottom right. Are they features?

Yes, I wonder that too. I see lots of those lines on my OEC. I assumed they were polish lines, since the techniques for polishing weren''t as good back when my stone was cut. I like them. You can only see them with magnification.
