What am I eating?

FI brought home this food from a taco truck next to his work (we know the guy so there is no "ewww" involved).

I''m eating something that is apparently a popular holiday treat in venezuela.
It''s a doughy bread type thing, and inside it has green olives, black olives, raisins, what I''m assuming is bacon, capers, and possibly a cheese? What the heck is it?

Yep, my Venezuelan hubby agrees it''s a hallaca. His mom made them for us last year actually, and it wasn''t my favorite, but then again I don''t like olives and it was loaded with them! There are way better Venezuelan dishes out there, far as I''m concerned
