VS2, Clarity grade is based on clouds that are not shown (1.21 Oval Diamond) - Video/GIA Included

A 1.21 Natural Oval (H/VS2) diamond caught my eye and I ordered it after noticing the GIA report appeared relatively clean. After performing additional research, I noticed the GIA report language may be more severe than I initially anticipated p/ the following, "Clarity grade is based on clouds that are not shown." GIA Report, 6451853129

- Will this impact the diamond per the naked eye?
- Will this reduce the sparkle severely?
- Any other concerns?

I personally wouldn't buy a VS2 where the clarity grade is based on clouds not shown.

It can go either way.
If it has florescence then there is more chance of issues.
