Hi -- tell me what you think... A friend of a friend works with/for Debeers and says he knows the person who designed the Tiffany Legacy ring and that this designer can make the ring (setting only) for about $2K. Do you think the designer of the legecy is really doing custom legacy work in NY? Or do you think this is just something people say as a hook? Please give me your honest opinion...
