Anything but actually buying or selling the stock should be illegal yep.

Also 51%+ should be the min. required to be offered for sale to IPO and within 5 years 75% has to be on the open market.
No more of this 4% and artificial scarcity stuff.
And put an end to investment houses talking the majority of the IPO profits the comapny has to sell them direct and gets the full purchase price - expenses.
