Re-sizing costs $175 and takes 2 weeks. However, if you bought your not long before, it''s free.
Also, as Kaleigh said, only the plain ones can be re-sized.

I don't have the pleasure of owning one with diamonds, so I didn't ask for a reason. Can eternities be sized?

Yes. Takes some care, but it is certainly posible in almost all cases.

Just reported what Cartier told me.... SP a PS vendor that sells them from time to time also says they cannot be sized.
