Tiffany silk cords?

Does anybody know, a) if they sell replacements, and, b) what they charge? Have a Sevillana pendant I love, but the cord is all frayed ....

I don't know the answer to your question, but if you have an issue with fraying silk cords I have seen these guys in person and they are pretty awesome:

Copper mesh chains, black rhodium plated. They are soft and flexible like the cords and they very much look like cord, but they won't fray.

Just in case Tiffany doesn't sell the replacements!

My local store sells the 16" replacement for $30. I ordered the 18" and 30" for my gold pendant through their 800# for $50. The gal also waived the shipping charge
