Thoughts on this princess diamond?

What do you think of this diamond? How concerned should I be that it is an EGL cert? Based on these numbers and the cut chart on gemadvisor, is it fair to say that this would be an AGS 1a-1b, or would I need more information to determine that? Thanks!!!

Ok, so I guess this is one of those "drop shipped" diamonds. I can have the seller request it and then get pictures, idealscope images, etc. but I''ll have to pay if I don''t buy it. I''d like some more opinions before I obligate to doing that.

Based on the numbers can anyone give me ideas of what potential problems there may be with this diamond? Thanks!
