See attachment. I think additional inscription "HA" means hearts and arrows. So does it mean this will cost more?

There seems like a lot of inclusions in the middle, but it scored well on the HCA = 1.9 and AGA = 1a

It may cost more since it's a H&A stone. But remember, GIA doesn't grade H&A patterning. So far, numbers warrant further investigation. It's difficult to tell how the stone will look without physically seeing it and without IS images to determine how it performs, you know that though!

As titan says, numbers indicate it's worth getting more info on, and GIA doesn't evaluate H&A patterning or do any sort of optical symmetry analysis - the comment just means that someone somewhere had H&A inscribed on the stone, since we have no idea who did it, what metrics they used, etc. we can't put any faith in the claim.

I was told "For the pavilion, you want to be within 40.6-40.9 and the crown needs to be 33.7-35.0."

It is probably down to these two. First one has better performance based on numbers and scores 1.9 on HCA and 1A on AGA. Second one looks cleaner (no inclusions in the middle) but scores 5.4 on HCA and 2A on AGA. Numbers are way off from one another. Will have to get idealscopes. Most of the online vendors wont do it, unless you get shipping.
