Just wanted to get some opinions on this stone... after some research I think it is the one!

1.03 carats
Excellent Cut, Polish and Symmetry
VS1 clarity
J color
Med Blue florescent

To get solid feedback the members here on PS will need a bit more information.

#1 - Lab that did the report (GIA, AGS, EGL, etc...)
#2 - A link to the copy of the report so proportions can be examined and information gathered
#3 - Scientific light-performance images (Idealscope and ASET)

Without this information there is no way to give you more information than what you have given us.

I was told that James Allen does not do ASET request on round diamonds?...

Budget is about $5,000 for the stone.

Although this might be a different angle than you were headed, have you consider August Vintage Rounds?
