Have you ever tried it Indian-style? It's stewed for ages on end with a billion spices so both the texture and taste are markedly different. You may find that you like it!

Never going skydiving. I am a charter member of the No Adrenaline Club. I have been ziplining which was fun and considering it was in St. Lucia, probably more of a safety risk than I’m willing to admit.
Never smoking anything.
Never eating insects. They would come right back up. I could never have been on Survivor.

It's not that bad, anyone can learn, it's just takes checking from time to time and keeping it moist by using goose fat. It's a thing here in the UK, classic Christmas dinner. It takes a few hours to cook, depending if it's a full turkey or just the crown (breast with bones).

Never have / Never will:

Go skydiving! I’m terrified of heights. I can’t imagine ever wanting to jump out of a plane and plunge straight down towards the surface of the earth. Just no.

Knowingly hurt an animal. I would never hunt. I would never put out traps or poison for pests. I could never own a working farm because I couldn’t deal with the realities of it.

Survive a zombie apocalypse. I’m not made for any kind of post apocalyptic world. I hate sleeping outside. I could never murder an animal for food (yes I eat meat, yes I get the irony). I’m NOT a fighter. I enjoy warm baths, cozy beds, and easily available skin care products.

In my mind all cooking & baking is super laborious. I thinkt thats why I found it a bit funny to see so many people with turkey on their list!

I'm moving away from supermakets too.

I'll be getting eggs from farmers now, in the supermarket they cost 2.5gbp for 6-12 eggs and I can get 30 eggs from a farm with that money. Why pay the middle man?
