Goodness no.
I've never even looked for their blog, or website, or whatever it is.
For all I know it's only on FB, which I'm not a member of.

I just thought the story, about folks my age doing this, was very surprising and interesting.

I agree @tyty333! It is great to be your best self at any age but we cannot be 20 again. Improving on certain aspects is great but an aging body is an aging body.
