I am just pointing out. If he is not going for a H&A, why view it pavilion side up with a H&A viewer in the first place when you know it is not going to give you a good H&A pic?

I'm confused. I didn't know what it would look like until I flipped it over and checked it out. It was a comparison between two stones, therefore, I needed to look at both.

I posted the pictures because people asked to see them. The Ideal-Scope images looked the same, but sure enough, the Hearts and Arrows viewer showed some differences in cut. I have Arrows pictures from the top if you'd like to see those, but they aren't as interesting. You never know, maybe these pictures will help someone in the future doing a search to find actual differences between Lower Half percentages, and how they do or don't affect H&A and light return.
