Sister in Law 30th Birthday Gift

My hubby and I need to get his sister something for her 30th birthday tomorrow. Not quite sure what to get her. Don''t want to break the bank since we have only been married a month and are still trying to figure out our finances. My hubby suggested perfume but I know I personally don''t really like people to buy perfume for me unless they know exactly what I like. I thought a gift card would be nice since she can then pick her own gift but the hubby thinks it''s too impersonal. What do you think? By the way she is havng her second child in about 1 week.

How about a gift certificate to a spa? Like for a massage/mani/pedi. I always think that is such a great gift!!!
