What agreat thread beau! I don''t have many to post yet, but when my WF recut comes back I will be taking thousands of pics!!! Here is one I took in front of the sun. Not really glistening, but I think it''s a really cool picture anyway. The lighting from behind hides the steep deep "ring of death" pretty well and I was able to get some awesome pictures before I sent it away.

BTW...... what e-bay store did you get your five-stone from?

Well... it isn''t my diamond, but lately I''m enjoying this rock in the sun (from Jewels by Erica Grace). I liked it so much I made it my avatar.

A rare find!!! This diamond is a circa 1910 Emerald Cut/Rectangular Asscher. EGL USA certed. Perfect condition, with no chips or nicks. The light play and brightness of this diamond is mesmerizing, with classic Asscher hall of mirrors faceting. The rectangular proportions of the stone make it even more special!

Weight: 1.86 carats
Measurements: 7.55mm x 5.91mm x 4.83mm
Depth: 81.7%
Table: 57%
Crown: 18.3%
Pavilion: 59.6%
Girdle: Very thin to slightly thick, polished
Culet: Small

Hey guys, thanks so much for the compliments and the inquiries. I will eventually post a new thread with pictures, stats, etc. of the ring. Also, I acquired a few bands to go with the new ring ( like 6 of them) and I can''t decide which one I like best, so maybe you guys can help me decide.
