Searching for the engagement ring with a tiny heart in the back of the band…..

I’m hoping Someone can help me find a ring I saw on here previously

It was a large centre stone size (I can’t remember the shape) but the owner had a small heart diamond added to the band that would only be visible when she opened her hand up (ie: her palm was showing)

I absolutely loved it and can’t seem to find it anywhere

Don’t do pull ups with any ring lol

I have a ring with a detail in the back. It’s not the one you had in mind but gives you an idea. If you do a custom ring a jeweler could easily add a heart or other sentimental imagery in that part of the shank
