Ring Insurance

So I know there has been lots of talk about Engagement ring insurance and I have found them all helpful and very informative. I have decided to go with Chubbs but cannot get a single insurance agent to insure my ring on a standalone policy (Which seems to be a problem)...

Does anyone have any advice or a contact? I am in the northwest area and any help of names would be very helpful!
