Recommendation for an no-oil pair of Columbian Emeralds?

Dear PS'ers,
I have reviewed the vendor list, but have a question...I am looking for a small pair (slightly less than 1 ct each) emerald cut Columbian emeralds in the very best Alpine/blueish green to replace some stones I have in a very emotionally important ring.
Does anyone have any specific vendors to recommend (both in reputation and experience in purchasing?)
