reality show about planning kid''s parties?

I was channel-surfing and came across a show about parents planning their 4 year-old''s b-day party. The mom was kind of over-the-top (she hired 3 kid''s-party planner but her husband had the "nerve" to bring up safety issues, and it was "draining her energy"). It was kind of like watching a train-wreck (which is the appeal of all these shows, I suppose). Can anyone tell me what show this is? I''ve tried Google, but can''t find it.
