OK. I give. I have spent hours trying to figure out how you figure out spreads and all kind of complicated stuff and I just can''t take it anymore LOL

Here are 3 stones I am getting ready to view soon.

Thoughts on the cut? They seem a little deep but not horrible and the girdles are thick but I''m discovering that the choices in square radiants is not particuarly plentiful!

I know you have to view them, but just wondering if any should be thrown out - I understand that you can generally rule out, but not in, Radiants on numbers?

Stone One
2.00
7.17x7.05x4.81
depth 68.2
table 65
polish EX
symmetry GD
no Fluorescence or culet
girdle STK-TK

Stone Two
1.76
6.85x6.8x4.63
depth 68.1
table 63
polish EX
symmetry GD
no Fluorescence or culet
girdle TH-VTK

Stone Three
1.52
6.53x6.51x4.42
depth 67.1
table 62
polish EX
symmetry VG
no Fluorescence or culet
girdle TK

Well, I would probably rule all of these radiants out, but I''m an extremely picky person. I wanted an AGA 1A or 1B radiant, and these stones are at the maximum 2b because of the depth. They aren''t extremely deep, but they will be a bit smaller than they should be according to carat weight because of the depth and the thick girdles on them. I don''t know how much of a hurry you''re in, but if you''re not in a hurry I would keep looking around until some other ones pop up. If you''re in a hurry, and you will be viewing them, I would pick the one that looks best. The numbers aren''t that much different from each other, but they will probably all look very different from each other.

Here''s one to check out:

http://www.jamesallen.com/diamond.asp?aff_id=ps621&cid=131&item=172986&scsize=1024

This is a 1B and looks like it could be promising.

Here''s another:

Could be a 1A if you knew the crown height.

Here''s one closer to 2 carats:

http://search.virtcert.com/cgi/u/1012/v.cgi?stock=5348575&_s=1012&_p=sdf348gd743&_c=&_fs=1&prestock=&_ln=ps

Here''s one that''s 2 carats; you would need to check with the vendor to see if it''s eyeclean

All of these diamonds that I show links for are 1A or 1B diamonds and they all are square. So, maybe one of these will work for you if you don''t like any of the ones you picked out. I hope this helps.
