Hey there. I have a jeweler making a pair of rings for me and now I'm nervous I made a bad decision. They will both be 14k YG solitaires with prong set stones. I have asked the jeweler to elevate the head so that the stones are elevated enough that they can overlap the adjacent ring. My goal was to have the two rings be able to sit directly next to eachother on the finger. Now, I'm very concerned they're going to rub against eachother and cause damage.

Blahhh... I wish I had consulted PS before sending the plans to the jeweler.

If your jeweler/bench person knows the two rings are meant to be worn together/stacked, the shank design should take that into account ... it may be worth bringing up to your jeweler even now.
