I¡¯m on diamond industry and have a microscope called Mark ¥¹ by GIA.
Nowadays, I need a polarized light filter to attach the microscope because it helps me to find the characters of diamond.
Although I tried to buy the polarized light filter, I didn¡¯t find anyone, anywhere that sold the filter.
Therefore, if anyone who know the polarized ight filter to attach the microscope (Mark X in GIA), let me know that.

I hope to find what I asked above.

Jeff is a great gemological source....

But GIA does sell one that fits into the well of the scope and has an upper rotating lens.

Jeff I think has a two piece one.

You need two polarized lenses, as the have to be "crossed" to view internal details. If you have a polariscope and use the refractometer magnifying lens that works too without a scope.
