proposing in rain or bad weather

For all the ladies out there, I planned on proposing tomorrow but the wether is supposed to be terrible. i planned on doing it at the park we always take our dog. Should I still go through with it or with the weather it be a bad idea. I have no problem proposing in the rain just dont know how a women would feel about it. Help

There was this recent thread where the guy proposed in the rain, and it ended up being quite romantic. Also, if your gf is a Pride and Prejudice fan there is a proposal scene, in the rain, at a gazebo that looks very much like the one in your park. Go for it!
