Princess buying help and sarin questions

I want to buy a princess cut diamond from an e-vendor. What crown, pavion, and girdle min-max deviations should I shoot for to obtain the best diamond? Should I look at both a sarin and ideal/brilliance scope output or will just the sarin suffice? Is it safe to expect a GIA SI1 stone to be totally eye clean? What are your top 2 or 3 e-vendors?

I know this is alot of questions but I just want to buy my lady the perfect stone.
