Pricescope galleries ???

I don't understand how to use the PS galleries. When I try to sign in it tells me..........

The username and/or password cannot be validated, or your account is locked out or has not been approved yet.

Why wont it allow me to sign in and use the galleries? I have to be approved? Apparently Im missing something here......
